Youth Mentorship

Mentorship at The Power Foundation connects young men with caring adults who listen, guide, and show up consistently. We offer both one-on-one and small-group mentoring so each young man has space to talk, ask questions, and build real trust.

Mentors help with school habits, life decisions, friendships, and stress. Together, they set simple goals, check in on progress, and celebrate wins-big and small. Along the way, young men practice communication, self-advocacy, and problem-solving, all key parts of performance and readiness for the future.

Many mentorship pairs also join community events and volunteer activities. Serving together gives young men a chance to lead, meet new people, and see that their voice and time matter in Las Vegas.
